Today has been a lovely bright sunny day, but very cold. I went out on the Heath to take some photos. The air was wonderfully crisp.
Here is a photos that I took of a recently pruned trees which I took on my way up to Parliament Hill
And having reached the top of Parliament Hill, here is the view of the Shard steadily rising, with St Paul’s just in front of it. I can never make out whether the domes to the right of St Paul’s are part of St Paul’s or are the Old Bailey.I think the train shed in front is King’s Cross – St Pancras is just off to the right.
And here, from virtually the same spot, looking in the opposite direction, is the Arsenal football ground. It is not normally so clear!
